Who handles your data

What data I collect

Only what you submit yourself. Through the project form: your name, work email, company or brand, website, the areas you need help with, your approximate paid media budget and currency, and the challenge you describe. Through the free framework and Growth Brief forms: your email address.

What I use it for

To reply to your enquiry, assess your project and discuss working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. If you request the free framework or join the Growth Brief, I use your email to send you that material, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How long I keep it

If we do not start working together, I delete your enquiry and correspondence within 12 months. If we do, the data is kept as long as needed to deliver the work and meet legal requirements. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

Who else can see it

Only the service providers this website and my email depend on: hosting, email and form delivery. They process data only on my instructions.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy of it. Write to hello@agnedigital.com and I will reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
